China Ningbo International Stationery Fair invites global buyers with multi-channel online and offline promotion

The 21st China Ningbo International Stationery Fair, the most eagerly awaited global stationery industry event, will be held on 27-29 March 2024, occupying all the halls and galleries of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Centre, covering an area of 53,000 square metres. More than 1,500 new and existing exhibitors will showcase over 100,000 stationery, office supplies and creative products in four main areas: Office, Learning, Art and Life.

Since the beginning of the show's preparation, the organisers have launched online and offline media promotions covering the whole world to attract more and better quality buyers from both domestic and overseas industries.


Electronic Direct Mail Promotion

The organiser sends regular emails to 150,000 domestic and international buyers in its database to inform them of the show and promote quality exhibitors and exhibits.

On-site Invitation at Domestic and International Exhibitions

The organiser's team went to Canton Fair, Shenzhen Gift Fair, Yiwu Fair, Shanghai Cultural Products Fair, Paperworld China, Yiwu Stationery & Gift Fair and Fenghui Pen Fair, and went to Indonesia to invite buyers to exhibitions and markets.


Overseas Media Promotion

The organiser has invested more resources and stepped up overseas media promotion, including Google, Facebook, X(Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, tradeindia, expopromoter, CantonFair, TradeFairDate, 10Times, ExpoTobi, AllEvents.in and other platforms and professional channels to attract a large number of overseas buyers' traffic and conduct in-depth communication and negotiation with potential buyers through social media, telephone and email.


Domestic Media Promotion

Domestic full media matrix promotion has covered Baidu, WeChat, video number, jitter, microblogging, Xiaohongshu, today's headlines and other major mainstream media, and established media cooperation with a number of channels such as Made-in-China.com, Changzhan.com, Gathering.com, Zero Distance Exhibition.com, Window of the Exhibition, and MeetingCat.com.


Offline Promotion

Outdoor advertisements have been synchronised online in Ningbo/Wenzhou and other high speed railway stations, Ningbo/Yiwu/Wenzhou/Taizhou/Linyi, etc. More physical publications with cover advertisements have been issued.
