Getting to the venue

Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center

● Aircraft

Ningbo Lishe International Airport - Ningbo International Exhibition Center

Subway: Lishe Airport take Metro Line 2 (towards Honglian), change to Line 5 (towards Xingzhuang Road) at Shiqi Station and exit B at Exhibition Center Station. About 50 minutes. One-way fare: 6 yuan.

Taxi: About 25 km, about 35 minutes to Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. The starting price is 11 yuan (3 kilometers), and the part that exceeds 3 kilometers is 2.4 yuan per kilometer.

● High-speed Rail

Ningbo Station - Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center

Subway:

① From Ningbo Railway Station, take Metro Line 4 (toward Cicheng), then transfer to Line 1 (toward Xiapu) to Haiyan North Road Station, then transfer to Line 5 (toward Xingzhuang Road), and get off at Exit B of Convention and Exhibition Center Station. About 35 minutes. One-way fare: 4 yuan.

② Ningbo Railway Station take subway Line 2 (towards Honglian), change to Line 5 (towards Xingzhuang Road) at Sanguantang Station, and exit B at Exhibition Center Station. About 40 minutes. One-way fare: 4 yuan.

Taxi: About 15 km, about 30 minutes to Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. The starting price is 11 yuan (3 kilometers), and the part that exceeds 3 kilometers is 2.4 yuan per kilometer.

● Public Transport

Bus:

North Gate - Bus No. 529, 788, 789.

Namdaemun - Bus No. 17, 21, 168, 356, 517, 521, 810.

Dongdaemun - Bus No.36, 512, 517.

Subway:

Line 5 - Convention Center Station: Exit B, directly to the east gate of the Convention Center.

Line 1 - Haiyan North Road Station: After leaving the station, turn right along Ningchuan Road, turn right at the intersection and walk along Haiyan North Road for 1.5 kilometers, turn left to enter the east gate of the Exhibition Center.

Line 1 - First Century Avenue Station: Exit C, take No. 521 at Zhongshan Huating Bus Stop and get off at the Exhibition Center West Bus stop.

● Self-driving

Speed:

From Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway (whether through Hangzhou Bay Bridge or not), YongTaiwen Expressway via Ningbo East toll station off the expressway via Century Avenue to the north

① Turn right on Tongtu Road for about 150 meters to the north gate of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. It only takes 10 minutes.

② Turn right on Exhibition Road for about 200 meters and then turn left for about 100 meters, which is the east gate of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.

National Highway: From Cixi via 329 National Highway (or from Zhoushan via Cross-Sea Bridge to Ningbo), go south along Century Avenue via Changhong Tunnel, turn left on Tongtu Road for about 150 meters, that is, the north gate of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.

● Visa Application:

All participants must hold a valid entry visa to enter China. Please confirm that all participants have been issued valid Chinese visas. Please consult the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate for relevant matters.

● Health declaration (not required) :

The General Administration of Customs announced on October 31 that since midnight on November 1, 2023, entry and exit personnel are exempted from filling out the "People's Republic of China exit/Entry Health Declaration Card".

If there is fever, cough, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, infectious diseases such as unexplained subcutaneous bleeding symptoms, passengers must pass the Chinese customs website or Chinese customs submit health statement application: https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn.

Alternatively, use the QR code to submit via China Customs' wechat account.
