Processes including plastic product forming, colloid synthesis, filling, labelling and packaging are carried out here, and glue sticks are shipped to overseas markets. Founded in 1978, Xingda Stationery has long engaged in stationery adhesives, office supplies, eco-friendly crayons, art paints and DIY children’s products. Its products are sold to many countries and regions around the world, and the company has established cooperation with international enterprises such as Disney, Walmart and Metro.

Over the past three years, the cumulative sales of its core products exceeded 1 billion yuan. Relevant business maintained growth in the first half of this year, and overseas markets have become an important support for the company’s sustainable development. As one of the main drafters of industry standards for solid glue, Xingda Stationery has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise and a Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise, and won the Yixing Mayor’s Quality Award. Its brand is among the key international brands to be fostered in Jiangsu Province, and its production workshop has been named a Jiangsu Provincial Smart Workshop. These achievements stem from more than 40 years of continuous efforts in this segmented sector.

Xingda Stationery regards R&D and quality as its “passport” to overseas markets. For glue sticks to enter shelves in different countries and regions, the company needs to meet varying requirements on raw materials, product safety, environmental performance and production management. The company operates R&D platforms including Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for New Eco-friendly Stationery and Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and maintains an experienced R&D team to develop green, eco-friendly, educational and creative products for children, students and office users. Meanwhile, the enterprise carries out intelligent and digital transformation. It adopts systems including ERP, BPM and MES, and is equipped with more than 300 automated devices such as automatic filling, injection blow moulding, packaging, labelling and centralized feeding equipment, with a digitalization rate of equipment reaching 90%. In 2024, the company established Xingda (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 39.8 million US dollars. The project officially started production in March 2025 and now has a daily output capacity of 80,000 pieces of 22g solid glue. The enterprise has gradually formed a coordinated layout: “R&D in Yixing + Manufacturing in Thailand + Global Markets”. The headquarters in Yixing remains responsible for product R&D, standards development and operation management, while the Thailand base gets closer to overseas clients and regional markets. The coordination between the two sites enables more flexible responses to international customers’ needs and serves as a new fulcrum to explore emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

From Yixing to Thailand, what has changed is the production radius, while the long-term investment in R&D, quality and market remains unchanged.
