Thanks for your participation in the Stationery Online Meeting on November 19th, to make sure you can attend the meeting successfully, please read the following tips and do as suggested.
Step One: Make the meeting time in your schedule.

Step Two: Install ZOOM APP
Download ZOOM APP and install it.

Step Three: Test ZOOM APP
If you are the first time use ZOOM Video Meeting. Please remember to test the APP on Nov.17th.
Please open the ZOOM APP, click Join a Meeting and enter the Meeting ID.

Step Four: To know more about the suppliers.
Please login to the site http://antway.cn/events/679 to know more about the suppliers who will attend this online meeting.
Step Five: Start Video Meeting
1) Open the ZOOM APP, start by Join a Meeting, Enter Meeting ID 992 241 4063, and Password 1119.
2) Please rename your name with your B + your name, so the host and the suppliers can better understand who you are.
3)All the buyers and the suppliers will be in the big meeting room, and not allowed to speak when enter the meeting room. You may send messages or hands up to tell the host which supplier you want to talk, the host will invite you and the supplier into breakout-room, after both of you accepted, you can have one-to-one meeting.
4) You may leave the breakout-room, back to the big meeting room, or stay at the breakout-room for other suppliers after one meeting finished.
